Self-taught technologist. 10+ years in roles where my job was getting people to adopt new tools and change how they work — youth development, peer support, real estate. Now I build the tools myself.


I'm not a traditional developer, and I'm not just another AI user. I understand what breaks for real people when technology fails them, because I've been on that side of the table. Everything on this page — every app, every system, every line of code — was built by one person leveraging AI.

Most technologists don't have domain expertise. Most domain experts can't build. I do both — and that's exactly what implementation teams need and can't easily hire for.

I map the human problem before touching any tooling. If I can't explain what breaks for a real person when this system fails, I'm not ready to build it. Ten years in client-facing roles taught me this — technology people don't adopt is wasted technology.

I architect multi-model AI systems — 6 local LLMs for routine work, frontier models for complex reasoning, intelligent routing between them. Self-hosted automation infrastructure running 24/7 on a Linux VPS I built and maintain. The design decisions matter more than the tools.

Follow Up Boss MCP Server
Open Source
No MCP server existed for Follow Up Boss, so real estate teams couldn't connect their CRM to AI assistants. Built one from scratch in TypeScript — 15+ tools for lead management, contact lookup, and pipeline tracking. Open-sourced on GitHub, used daily in my own brokerage workflow to eliminate manual CRM data entry.

Proof that one person with the right AI systems can run a full media operation. Built the entire production pipeline: AI voice cast, original music, automated video processing with Python-scripted style passes, audio mixing, and post-production. Launched with complete brand identity, deployed website, and growing X audience.

Live
Real estate agents were tracking property tours on paper and group texts, losing notes between showings. Built a mobile-first operational dashboard with tabbed interface, persistent checklists, and tap-to-call contacts. Agents adopted it immediately with zero training — it just worked on their phones.

System
Needed a knowledge management system that could route tasks across multiple AI models without burning API credits. Built one: 6 local LLMs with intelligent routing, RAG search over a 500+ note vault, persistent memory across sessions. Runs entirely on local hardware — zero recurring costs for daily operations.

CRM Data Migration Pipeline
System
Migrated thousands of contacts from Google Contacts to Notion with automated deduplication, data transformation, and validation. Built the self-hosted N8N infrastructure from scratch on a Linux VPS — custom domain, SSL, 24/7 uptime. Pipeline runs unattended.
